This Privacy Policy applies when you play Chroma Seal on a supported Apple device. It covers data associated with gameplay, advertising, app operation, and services supplied through the platform.

You can play without creating an in-game profile or directly submitting a name, email address, or password.

Information that may be handled

The App Store privacy label for Chroma Seal identifies Usage Data as data that may be collected and linked to you, and may be used to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies.

• Usage Data may include app interactions, sessions, ad views, and engagement events.
• Device-level identifiers may be processed by advertising services where permitted.
• Level progress and preferences may be saved locally on your device for normal gameplay.

Why data may be used

Usage Data may support ad delivery, campaign measurement, fraud prevention, performance monitoring, and understanding how players interact with the game. Advertising partners may use permitted information to provide or measure personalized advertising across third-party services.

Chroma Seal may show non-personalized ads even when tracking permission is unavailable or declined.

Your privacy controls

• Manage app tracking access under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Use Apple device settings to manage relevant advertising preferences.
• Delete Chroma Seal to remove its locally stored progress and settings from that device.
• Review the App Privacy panel on the App Store listing for the latest disclosure.

Declining tracking does not prevent you from playing the game.

Young players

Chroma Seal is rated 4+ on the App Store and is not designed to ask children for names, contact details, or account profiles. Parents and guardians can manage tracking, advertising, purchases, and usage through Apple’s Screen Time and privacy controls.

If you believe personal information was submitted by a child through the game, use the product support option available from the official App Store listing.

Retention and outside services

Locally saved gameplay data generally remains on the device until the game data is cleared or the app is removed. Third-party advertising or platform providers may retain information according to their own policies and legal obligations.

Apple handles App Store downloads, updates, and platform services under Apple’s Privacy Policy. Chroma Seal does not control how Apple or independent advertising providers operate their services.

Changes and questions

This policy may change when the game, its advertising setup, legal requirements, or data practices change. The effective date at the top shows when this version took effect. Relevant changes will also be reflected in the App Store privacy disclosure where required.
